Our BMS Parent Portal provides a link between home and school and acts as a central interface for documentation and communication. The portal provides the BMS Parent Community with direct access to important school forms and other pertinent documentation, hosts a central hub for all internal school communication, and enables parents to received updates and links to important checkpoints throughout the school year. Using a single sign-in approach, parents will be able to access school documentation & forms, student report card data (Grades 7-12), as well as highlights on school events and student accomplishment. In addition, the platform houses all communication history between home and school, allowing teachers and parents to centralize digital communication. The portal will now host all absence management functions and parents will use only this platform to report student absences. In its current form, the portal is the bridge between home and school and will expand to include more features as the platform develops and adapts to the needs and structures of BMS.
Each parent user receives an account and password, generated by our internal database, isams, and users can restore or replace their information using the online function on our portal. We look forward to introducing this new online tool for greater cohesion between home and school!
