A warm welcome to our new school library! My name is Rana Douglas, and I am pleased to be in charge of the school’s collection of the latest children’s and youth literature; time-tested classics, exciting non-fiction and the most delightful stories for our students. It is an especially fun job for me because the students at our school are enthusiastic readers and know that good books are friends for life.

This site is a service for parents and students alike. Here, all book lovers can get information about new publications and bestsellers, see reading recommendations for all age groups, find out what the most popular books at our school are and learn about teachers’ favorite books, too.

And that is just the beginning! This site is expected to grow, just like our library. We plan on giving the students at BMS access to library services from home, via an entry portal on this website. Through this, anyone with an access code can log on to the library pages to do research, reserve a book in advance, read and write reviews and also rate our books, all from home. Until then, have lots of fun reading and browsing!
