Class trips are always exciting events that students look forward to at the beginning of the school year. Starting in grade 2, we take our children on trips around Berlin and Brandenburg. Every year, we travel farther and farther away from the school. By grade 5, we have reached the Baltic Sea, thereby laying the foundation for our students to take their first trips abroad starting in grade 6.

When we select our travel destinations and activities for grades 2 to 5, we focus on team-building and tying the trips into the content of our Primary Years Programme. To guarantee high-quality, safe and well-planned class trips, we work together with a travel agency that has 20 years of specialized experience in organizing and overseeing school trips. The agency is also a partner of the “BundesForum,” the German umbrella organization for student travel.
